It is known for its flat fast roads and scenic beauty.

Bike: The bike will be a scenic one loop 56.6 mile race through beautiful farmlands and quaint towns. The course will travel to historic Frenchtown, NJ. From there the course travels along the Delaware River providing a flat (to downhill) lightning fast 12 mile section along the Delaware river. The route will then take you along a gorgeous babbling creek and passes through NJ's only covered bridge. There are no major climbs but there are some small chain ring climbs. The bike course will promise to keep your interest throughout the entire 56 miles! There will be 2 water stations on the bike with an assortment of recovery drinks, gels and water. They will be located at approx. mile 17 and mile 40.

Run: The run will be 13.1 miles out and back on a rolling terrain. There will be some gradual grades throughout the course. This is an out and back course so any grades that are encountered will have their equal counterpart upon turn around. There is one hill of note that will be encountered on Van Scykles Road. This is a fair course that has been selected to eliminate the majority of the hills in the area. There will be 11 water/aid stations approximately every 1 to 1.5 miles with an assortment of gatorade, water and gels.
